These terms of service apply to promotional phone calls you may receive from Opt+^®. Please read the Terms of Use carefully before opting in to receive phone calls from Opt+. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms of use, you can choose not to opt in.

1. By consenting to the Phone Terms of Use, you authorize Opt+ to make telemarketing calls and deliver sales and marketing automated voice messages to any phone number you provide. This includes authorizing Opt+ to contact you regarding the advertising or telemarketing of products and services.
2. You certify, warrant and represent that the telephone number you provided to Opt+ is your contact number. Your consent, if provided, will be effective even if the number you have provided is registered on any state or federal National Do Not Call list.
3. You understand that consent for telemarketing calls shall remain in effect until you revoke it.
4. You understand that consent is not a condition to apply for or have an account.
5. You may revoke your consent at any time. By providing consent, you agree that Opt+ and its agents, representatives, or anyone calling on its behalf may contact you on a recorded line. You may revoke your consent to receive phone calls, other than to service your account or collect any amounts you may owe, by calling 1-855-403-8343. After this, you will no longer receive phone calls or automated voice messages from Opt+.
